I just completed the “Simulink Foundamentals” course helded on Matlab training online platform. The course allowed me to hone some skills in using and optimizing the simulation environment developed by MathWorks. Simulink Simulink is a simulation environment that, through block diagrams, allows you to design systems with multidomain models, perform Read more…
In computer science, Computer-aided engineering (often abbreviated as CAE) refers to software applications that facilitate the resolution of technological problems through numerical computation.
All engineering problems that can be described by equations are likely to be solved with the help of CAE programs. However, the categories of problems most frequently solved by CAE software are the following:
– Analog simulations and digital simulations of electronic circuits.
– Calculation of electromagnetic fields (both the desired ones, in the case of antennas design, and the undesirable ones, in the case of electromagnetic interference study).
– Static or dynamic calculation of structures (in civil or mechanical engineering).
